  • Unlimited Communication up to 12 months prior to wedding day

  • Venue recommendation & sourcing

  • Development & Maintenance of budget

  • Booking Dress and Suit Appointments

  • Assistance with floor plan layout

  • Assistance with Wedding Website/Digital Invitations

    Assistance with Menu Selections

  • Creation of a detailed day of timeline and event production schedule

  • Guidance, recommendation & sourcing of all vendors as needed

  • Theme development & designing

  • Monthly Planning Meetings

  • Site visits at Ceremony & Receptions locations.

As well as on site supervision of the wedding day (Ceremony, Cocktail hour, Reception etc..) which includes:

  • Ensuring timeline of your wedding is followed

  • Troubleshooting any last minute emergencies that may arise during the event

  •  Cueing speakers, musicians/DJ’s & Bridal party for all key moments (Processional, toasts, formal dances etc…)

This Package is ideal for couples with a head start on planning but need professional guidance and hands on wedding planning to help execute the remaining tasks to help achieve their vision.

  • Assistance with floor plan layout

  • Creation of a detailed day of timeline and event production schedule

  • Vendor recommendations to build out the remainder of your team, as needed.

  • Site visits at Ceremony & Receptions locations.
